  • Kindly we inform that the time of all treatments and massages include surgical activities, i.e. Troubleshooting, clothing, shower etc.
  • The treatment time may be shortened if you come for the treatment with a delay and there is no possibility of extending the treatment with consideration for subsequent bookings
  • The time of the treatment may become extended if it doesn’t collect with the next booking
  • We allow starting the treatment with a delay, if the preparation of the cabinet requires special sanitization
  • What cannot affect the length and quality of the treatment

PROMOTIONS

  • No promotions can be combined
  • All promotions and discounts are valid from monday to friday
  • OBDS reserves the right to limit or cease the promotion without reason
  • Cash payment for promotional treatments

VOUCHERS AND GIFT VOUCHERS

  • Vouchers expiry 3 months from purchase
  • Early phone booking required
  • The voucher can be redeemed only by presenting a name-voucher
  • The validity of the voucher may be changed after conclusion with OBDS. Change of the expiry date is only and final, and the voucher is redeemed within the set time – failure to arrive for the treatment means that the voucher has been redeemed

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF COUPONS PLN 50

  • A coupon for the amount of PLN 50 can be used only once for one servic
  • The coupon can be redeemed in one day when purchasing one service for a minimum amount of PLN 200
  • The coupon can be used for SPA or hairdressing services
  • OBDS reserves the right to close the offer without giving any reason
  • The coupon has no expiry date
  • The coupon is not personal

COMPLAINTS

  • The client has the right to complain about the service.
  • After the occurrence of undesirable symptoms, complaints should be filed no later than 3 days after the hairdressing/facial treatment.
  • A client using the manicure/pedicure service should file a complaint no later than 5 days after the treatment.
    Complaints will not be considered at a later date. Complaints should be filed via email or in person at the salon.
  • The salon has 14 business days to consider the complaint. We do not provide for a refund as part of the complaint.
